Mkeka is a tool for schools to compile, distribute, and print NECTA ACSEE exam results. It is provided to a school (the “organization”) and used by staff members the organization authorizes as creators, and by teachers who fill in scores via one-time links.
Creator accounts belong to your school. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of rosters, scores, and reports generated under your account. Teachers filling in scores via a shared link never have an account and are identified only by a self-reported name, kept for audit purposes.
Mkeka stores student names, combinations, and exam scores on behalf of your school. This data is kept for as long as your organization’s account is active, so results remain reprintable at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how it’s handled.
Division and points are computed automatically from the rules published by NECTA. While we verify these against official published results, your school remains responsible for reviewing generated reports before distributing them.
We may update these terms as Mkeka evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your organization’s creators.
