For creators: name, email, and school affiliation. For students: name, combination, class, year, admission number, and exam scores, entered by your school. For teachers filling in scores: a self-reported name only, never an account, email, or password.
Results are kept permanently by design, so your school can reprint or regenerate any report at any time, including years later, for a parent or a former student who needs a copy.
Student data is visible only to your organization’s creators and to the teacher currently filling in one subject’s scores, and only for that subject’s students. Data from one school is never visible to another, except in a joint exam your school explicitly sets up.
Most students in the system are minors. We collect only what’s needed to produce accurate academic records, and this data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Deleted rosters and result sets move to your organization’s archive and can be restored. Contact your school’s Mkeka administrator to request permanent removal.
